By using the site, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If acting for a business, you are responsible for having authority for actions you take on its behalf.

2. Information, free resources, and services
Website content explains our approach to AI, automation, CRM, and business systems. It is general information, not a binding proposal, a promise of a specific result, or a substitute for assessing your circumstances.
The free 43X Quick Score is a self-completed reflection tool, not a certification or full business audit. A free Fit Call or Strategy Call is an exploratory conversation, not a paid audit or a full consulting engagement. Neither guarantees customers, revenue, savings, or implementation results.
Paid audits, implementation, training, and support require a separately agreed written scope and commercial terms. Those agreements define deliverables, responsibilities, fees, timing, and any applicable service-specific conditions. Website descriptions do not expand an agreed scope. If a service agreement conflicts with these terms about that service, the service agreement controls.
3. Permitted use and intellectual property
Site content, branding, designs, and resources are owned by Studio 43, LLC or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, nonexclusive right to view the site and download or print resources we make available, including PDFs, for personal use or your own internal business use. Keep copyright and other attribution notices intact.

We do not control every aspect of those services and do not guarantee their uninterrupted operation. Review the relevant provider terms before using a service or sharing information.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
